Payment Options
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit cards: We accept VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®/NOVUS.
- Purchase Orders
L.L.Bean for Business does not accept Bean Bucks℠, a reward of the L.L.Bean® Mastercard®, as a payment type.
Credit Card Charges
Once your order has been verified and the logo process (if applicable) has begun, your credit card will be authorized. Your credit card will be charged when the goods have shipped. If your order contains backordered items, the backordered portion will be authorized when the goods are available, and backordered items will be charged when shipped. There are some exceptions with orders that contain items requiring freight delivery or that are sent directly from our vendors.
L.L.Bean Mastercard Rewards
L.L.Bean for Business orders are not eligible for L.L.Bean Mastercard rewards, such as free shipping and monogramming. However, as with any other purchases on the card, you will earn Bean Bucks for L.L.Bean merchandise.
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders for orders totaling over $2,000. Credit must be approved at the time of your order if L.L.Bean has not previously billed you. We will not hold inventory during the credit approval process, which may take up to two days. Links to download the forms are available when you choose Purchase Order as your payment option. Orders totaling $750 will display Purchase Order as a payment option; however, new credit applicants must meet the $2,000 minimum.
