Completing The Balsam Order Form

Do I have to Download and Fill Out The Balsam Order Form?
Yes, it is the most efficient and accurate way to submit your multirecipient balsam order. It is formatted specifically for upload into our order management system.

How Do I Fill Out the Balsam Spreadsheet?

1. Save the blank Order Form to your desktop with a new file name.
2. Complete the company and contact information, recipient details, product selections, and gift messages. Enter one first name and one last name in the designated columns. Use the Package Label field for the exact addressee wording.
3. Keep the existing spreadsheet format, columns, and headers unchanged so the file will upload correctly. Do not use any punctuation.
4. Email the completed spreadsheet to balsam@llbean.com.

What Gift Message Options Are Available?
Select from seven pre-programmed messages in the spreadsheet drop-down menus.

Can I Personalize The Message? 
Yes. Two signature lines are available, with a limit of 30 characters per line.

Order Timing & Shipping

When Can I Place an Order?
Orders may be submitted as early as October.

When Will Orders Ship?
Depending on the product, eligible shipping periods begin Wednesday, November 18, the week of November 30 or the week of December 7.

Are Delayed Ship Dates Available For All Balsam Products?
 No. Delayed shipping is available only for products identified on the Product List and in the spreadsheet item menu.

Is There a Deadline For Balsam Orders?
Submit by Friday, November 6, 2026, for the first shipping wave.
Orders received after Friday, December 4, 2026, cannot be guaranteed for holiday delivery.

What Shiping Carrier Do You Use?
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

How Are Shipping Fees Calculated?

• $7.95 for orders up to $50.00
• $8.95 for orders from $50.01 to $100.00
• $10.95 for orders over $100.00

Can I Ship To A PO Box?
No, UPS Ground deliveries require a physical street address.

Where Should I Send My Completed Order Form?
Email your completed spreadsheet to.

What Happens After I Submit My Spreadsheet?
We will review your order, contact you to finalize details, collect credit card payment and send a DocuSign verification for your approval.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after shipment and may vary by destination.
