L.L.Bean for Business Non-Personalized Product (including samples)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of non-personalized product, or if you are returning samples, you may return the product within one year of purchase for a refund (with proof of purchase). Please contact L.L.Bean for Business by phone or email as indicated below under Personalized Product, or you may print a return shipping label at L.L.Bean: Easy Returns & Exchanges (llbean.com) Your credit card will be credited for the return minus a $6.50 return shipping fee. You may also ship your return directly, without using our return shipping label to:

L.L.Bean for Business Personalized Product

L.L.Bean for Business will only consider personalized items for return or exchange (with proof of purchase) that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship within one year of purchase. Personalized orders with incorrect sizes, excessive wear, items affected by accidents (including pet damage) are not covered by our return policy. Photos and/or return of the defective item(s) may be requested.

For all L.L.Bean for Business returns, we require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange.

 

Returns take approximately 2-3 weeks to process, and you will receive an email from our Returns Department once your return has been processed.

  

Gift Returns

If you are the recipient of a gift that was purchased through L.L.Bean for Business, please contact and work with the buyer or company that gave you the gift to request a return or exchange.  We are happy to accept non-personalized or defective personalized gift returns within one year of purchase when the buyer of your item provides proof of purchase and the above guidelines in the Returns Policy are followed.
