How Customization Works

Once we receive your online order, these are the next steps:

• An Account Representative will contact you to confirm your Order details and connect you with a Graphic Artist who will ensure your logo is set up properly with correct thread colors and placement on your item.
• Our Graphic Artists will create a mock-up for your approval.
• We will send you a digital sample of your logo for your approval which will be included within your Order Verification package.
• Upon your digital sample approval and authorization to reproduce your logo, we will release your order to production for logo application and fulfillment. We will also send you an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.
• For subsequent orders, approved (digitized) logos and uploaded logos can be viewed on the “My Logos” page when you are logged in
