At L.L.Bean Direct to Business, our goal is to make the ordering process as efficient and straightforward as possible. Our Web site makes it easy to choose colors and sizes, add personalization if desired, and then place your order using our secure checkout system.
Browse our Web site using the navigation at the top of the page. Shop by category to locate an item. If you have an L.L.Bean Direct to Business catalog, you can use Catalog Quickshop by typing an item number into the "Search" box.
Step 1. Choose a color by clicking a color swatch, if applicable.
Step 2. Select Size(s) to see a chart of available sizes for your selected color. Click any "In stock" link, enter the desired quantity, and click the "Add" link to add the item to your selections. Continue with all desired sizes for this color.
If an item is shown with an availability date, you may place a backorder by clicking the date to enter your desired quantity. The item will be added to your selections and will be placed on backorder.
Occasionally, an item listed as in stock may have limited quantities. In this case, only the quantity that is in stock or available by backorder will be added to your selections.
Please note: Availability may vary and is not reserved until your order is received and verified.
Step 3. Add a logo (optional).
If you’d like a logo embroidered on this item, complete Step 3. First, select the logo placement. Then choose from a list of saved logos or upload a new logo from your computer. Add special instructions if needed and click "Confirm Logo." Once you have uploaded a logo you will be able to select a recently uploaded logo for additional products for this session. Logos you've applied to your order will be saved in your account once your order is completed and shipped.
Step 4. Review your selections and add items to the Shopping Bag.
In Step 4, you can change quantities if desired. When you’re finished, click the "Continue" button. If you added logo information but did not click "Confirm Logo" you will be prompted to go back and confirm your logo selection.
Please note: If you leave the product page without adding items to your Shopping Bag, you will lose any selections you’ve made.
L.L.Bean Gift Cards and Email Gift Cards are available at volume discounts. Simply choose card styles, values and quantities to get started. You can add a personal message if you wish.
Gift cards and email gift cards can be sent to a single shipping address or to multiple addresses. To send to multiple addresses, complete the recipient spreadsheet from the Gift Cards or Email Gift Cards. After completing the spreadsheet, upload it to our site and click "Continue" to place the gift cards in your Shopping Bag. Please note: Only one spreadsheet per order may be attached.
Repeat the above steps for additional products or gift card selections. When you have completed your selections, visit your Shopping Bag (available at the upper right corner of any page) and click "Create Estimate" to email yourself an order estimate, or click "Check Out Now" to begin secure online checkout.
If you aren’t already logged in, you will be prompted to log in now or create a new account. Follow the simple online instructions to enter billing and shipping information and complete checkout. An Account Specialist will contact you if any follow-up is required on your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is finalized.
