The best way to ensure that the colors in your logo will come out exactly as you want them is to provide Pantone�/PMS color values.
As part of your logo setup, we'll send you a sewn sample of your logo for approval. To ensure that the representation and color are correct, the sample fabric will be similar to the fabric of the product you're ordering.
We can accept a logo file up to 2 MB. We prefer vector artwork in eps or pdf format. We will also accept logo files in the following formats: jpg, gif, bmp, psd. Please only send us logos you have the legal right to use.
First-time orders usually have two stages: setting up the logo and then applying the logo to merchandise. Logo setup usually takes about a week; logo application and order processing takes about two weeks. Repeat orders are generally shipped in 10 days to two weeks.

Your credit card will not be charged (and inventory will not be reserved) until your order has been verified and the logo process has begun (if applicable). If your order contains backordered items, the backordered portion will not be charged to your account until the item(s) becomes available. There are some exceptions with orders that contain items requiring freight delivery or that are sent directly from our vendors.
We designed our site's ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any email you send us.
